I recently stayed at a charming B&B in a lovely area of Penrith. The owner, Christel, was incredibly friendly and made my stay delightful. The room I stayed in was small but beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Despite having a shared bathroom, it didn't cause any issues for me. The continental breakfast provided was perfect for my taste, with delicious homemade jams.

The homemade breakfast with croissants and jam was delicious, and the added extras like tea and hot chocolate were a nice touch. The location was great, just a short walk from pubs and restaurants.
